Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Second Set of Stingrays

I have 9 in my shed right now. Adding 3 more to complete the layout. excellent lighting for my machine shed/shop. Best of all they are made in USA.

Excellent customer service

I spoke with Phillip on Thursday and had all my questions answered by him. I placed the 9 lights in my cart until I spoke with my wife ( THE BOSS ) For an ok for me to spend the money. She said yes Friday morning and I immediately placed my order.

Lights shipped that same day and I had them Monday afternoon here in Pennsylvania.

I’m 2nd on the list to rent a scissor lift for my installation. Until then I’m waiting patiently .

Will review more when installed.
