Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Stingray 4XL Highbay LED Lights

Great Led light. Purchased two and have them in use. Bright and light weight compared to other manufacturers. Have plans for purchasing Four more and Two of the six light design for shop. Great investment for price. Very happy with them!

Great Lights!

These lights are a really nice upgrade to my one LED bulb in a fixture light I had previously. I liked being able to choose a warmer (4000K) light instead of a cooler light. They look nicer in the garage than I thought they would.
