Return Policy
PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.
I will never buy another light for my shop unless it comes from Prime Lights. I intend on purchasing four more of these beauties. Better than advertised and USA made. USA! USA! USA!
I replaced 4 8-ft fluorescent fixtures with 6 of the 4-lamp LED fixtures in my shop. The shop is 24 x 30 with 12-foot side walls and ceiling. The fluorescents were installed flush mount in pairs going east and west and the LEDs are installed in flush mount in sets of 3 going north and south. I am not an electrician, and I had no problems making the wiring changes and installing the LEDs. The LED fixtures are light and far easier to mount by yourself than the 8-ft fluorescents were. The difference in the brightness and quality of light is very impressive.
