Adequate, but no better.
The construction is extremely cheap with very thin gauge metal. The instructions are poor and appear to have been copied from a different model or earlier version. No hanger wire or chain was provided with my light. And the center section of galvanized sheet used to join the 2 four foot sections needed the screw holes drilled out (I used a 5/32" and rolled the bit around in the holes) to be able to put the four screws on each side. There was no way those screws were going in there the way it came. I have very good tools, and I'm an experienced DIY'er and the first screw I tried, the my Phillips head screwdriver cammed out and buggered the screw head while applying max torque to get the screw in. The LED tubes are OK and seem reasonable quality. The light works, it is adequate, but I was certainly hoping for better. I guess you get what you pay for, but you should know that going in.

Hello Chris,
Thank you very much for your business and taking the time to write a review. We take your comments very seriously and will look into each aspect of the review. I am very sorry that you found the metal only adequate. We use 24 gauge steel (as in description) sourced from the US which is light enough for ease of install, affordable, and well thick enough for durability of all environments. The fixtures will outlast the 50,000 hours of the bulbs so you will be switching bulbs before this fixture. The instructions are new as this is a relatively new product but we are always looking to improve and we appreciate the comments on that. We do not include cable hangers to keep the price down and waste down as about 90% of our customers flush mount these directly to the ceiling. In our defense, we do have in the description that hangers are available for purchase in the accessories section. In regard to your comments about the joiner screws - I am very sorry you had an issue. We do strongly recommend using any electric drill for these screws as the designed tolerances would be a little tight for hand tools. That being said it is possible that we made a mistake on your unit and we take full responsibility for your troubles. We would be happy to work with you on a solution to make your experience better. I will reach out in a separate email to see how we can turn your experience around. Thank you again for your comments and business.
