PrimeLights guarantees product to arrive in brand new, undamaged condition. If shipping damages occur, please note with the shipper and contact our customer service immediately at support@primelights.com or 512-598-4961. PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.

Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Wish it could be zero stars. Worst purchase ever. Threw it in the trash.

No power plug and no bulbs.... you’ve got to be kidding!

PrimeLights

Jim, I am really sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with this. It is a single fluorescent fixture w/ballast made in the USA ready for hard wire that is exactly as pictured on our website. All of our LED fixtures do include lamps, but fluorescents do not as they are unsafe to ship in small quantities (highly shatter prone glass and filled with mercury).

We would of been happy to accept a return on this and can recommend one of our other fixtures that would be more suitable for your application.
