I ordered these lights over the phone while taking my son on a long weekend. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. The lights arrived sooner than expected and were a breeze to assemble and install.
The lights are well made, easy to assemble, and are very bright.
Our son bought these lights for his place we’re impressed with the lighting quality.
Ordered the lights for our shop and lean. The difference between the lights that were installed when built is literally night and day! Did not realize how terrible the light was in there to work on stuff! Wish we would have installed these sooner. When installing did not notice one of the white wires was not in had pulled out in shipping (?) so when we turned the lights on it shorted out. Luckily my husband was able to track it down got the wire in and the lights worked. So just check to make sure wire not loose as I was clicking the pieces in and not looking. As for customer service can not comment on because we haven’t needed to call.
These three bulb LED replacements for my fluorescent lights are amazing. They were fairly easy to install, and illuminate the garage 50 times great greater than before with a lot less energy. Highly recommend these.
