Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Greatness

These lights are in my garage. 4 lights in the 3 bays and 1 over a work bench. They are awesome! Also, the customer service after the sale is world class. If you have a problem later, CS will take care of you. 1/3 of 1 bulb quit working and they sent me a new one.
