Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Very Nice

The five bolt Gen 2 lights that I recently received were assembled very nicely, they are bright, easy to hang, would definitely buy again, but one issue i do have with them is the wiring inside, needs to be at least another foot longer and the wires between the two tombstones need to be maybe a half inch longer for stress relief on the wires. The reason I say that the wiring needs to be longer is I used the center holes to mount the lights to my ceiling boxes.

I would have stayed with the original Bolt but the Gen 2 are are a little bit brighter. Thank you for your time.

Wow what a difference

Replaced 3 old fluorescent lights with 3 Bolt 2.0 2 lamp fixtures. Th light they provide is outstanding. They may be a few more dollars vs fixtures from Home Depot/Lowes but worth every penny.. Shipping was quick and my one question to support was answered in no time.
