PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.

Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Automotive garage install.

The only negative was the mounting clips. Hard to get them pefectly aligned on the drywall ceiling and then clip them in place. Ended up screwing through the base plate directly to the ceiling. Did not use the clips.

Worth a try if you want very bright light

These fixtures appear to be well made are certainly the bright light I was looking for to light my wood shop.

Time will tell if they hold up. The only frustration regarding installation is that the "flush mount" brackets are actually a very short 1/2" suspension system and did not engage fully. It took extra time, but I was able to create a work around that allowed for a true flush mount for my 8' ceiling. Now, no worries that the brackets won't hold.
