PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.

Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Excellent Light and Service

This adjustable LED wall pack worked great for our barn/shop installed about 18' high on the gable ends. High quality, good design and very bright. Also PrimeLights provided five star customer service as one of our lights had a manufacturing defect and they had another one out to us the same week.

Barn/ Garage light on acreage.

I installed this for a customer for his garage. It was that kind of Job where I had to come back at night to see it work. The customer originally wanted three lights above his three car port but just needed one because it’s so bright. I will adding two at my house.
