Great customer service and products. As a contractor, I have installed many of these lights without any issues (other than dimming light tubes, which they will send non-dimming tubes with a simple phone call). Will definitely use them as my only source for lights.
Quality lights. I’d change a couple of things. The 4 self tapping screws would be better if T18 hex type., it would be easy to screw in, no stripping. On the knockouts at the ends, remind the customer they need to be cleaned up with a file of sandpaper to in sure a butt fit.
Also, make sure each light is connected with the same side, they both hang from the right side.
Remember, most of your customers are do it yourself hacks so we need things completely described to us!
