Due to the holiday season and high demand, orders will have a longer than expected processing time. At PrimeLights, we consider every order to be a priority and will have it shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day via carrier of our choice (mostly 2-3 day shipping) from our warehouses in TX, CA, IL, and MO.  All shipments are prepaid to the customer, shipping is free to the lower 48 states!  PrimeLights guarantees product to arrive in brand new, undamaged condition.  If shipping damages occur, please note with the shipper and contact our customer service immediately.  PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed, 60 day no questions asked free return policy!
