Return Policy
PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.
Added these to a garage gym. It really helped the space. It’s so much better. The recommendation from the prime lights tool was spot on. The wife says it’s too bright in there. lol. Who ever heard of such? Too bright?

Purchased this particular light for my mothers home garage. When she opens the door from the house the fixture automatically turns on. She's 87 and it's very bright for her. Also installed two other 4 lamp fixtures, but she hasn't had to use those because this Bolt is so bright.
I was looking for a 4’ Led fixture and settled on the bolt gen-2.0 because of the total amount of lumens 10,800 at 60 watts. When I opened the lights I found two of the wires on each light were not pushed into the socket ends and so I had to push them into socket ends. I was slightly dissatisfied with quality control, but an easy fix. I installed the two bolt fixtures that I purchased to a motion sensor on a ceiling at a height of 10’ The lights are about 4’ apart and light the area needed very well. These lights are just a bit pricey, but satisfied with the outcome. I don’t have any way to check true lumens but they’re very bright. The true value test is going to be the lifespan of the Led tubes. How many hours do you get before the lighting turns pink, yellow or just dim and become unacceptable.
I love the lights, I have a high ceiling 18 to 21 feet. I went with the 6 clear lamp lights. The shipping was a nightmare, FedEx held on to one of the boxes for over a month. Almost every fixture was bent, it appears that FedEx is a little rough in the handling of packages. When the last box arrived, it looked like they dragged it behind the truck. Assembly goes fairly quickly, the bulbs are high quality. Nice clean look.
