PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.
Return Policy
PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.
I just received these lights 2 weeks ago and still have 1 more fixture to install in a 22 x 28 x 12' high 4 bay pole shed. When thinking about what to install, I had some thoughts about how I was going to arrange the lighting but decided to give Prime Lights a call first to see what they recommend. A customer service rep named Amanda answered my call and after describing how I wanted to use this shed, mostly farm equipment storage but also a work area at one end for performing repairs and building things I can't do in my house workshop, Amanda came up with a plan that would provide plenty of light for the work area without being blindingly bright and sufficient lighting in the rest of the shed to see what your doing do hook up equipment without using an extra flashlight. She came up with a plan I hadn't thought of that is turning out to be spot on. The work shop section is reasonably bright and I have plenty of light in the other bays that I am happy with. I like that these lights use actual fluorescent type fixtures and you pop the LED tubes in after the fixture is hung. The fixtures are robust so there is no mechanical stress on the LED tubes. I don't about longevity yet but I am very pleased with the lights and the support I received from Prime Lights and would definitely use them again.
Bought these to replace my old fluorescent lights in the garage. Product was shipped quickly and received them with no issues. Instillation was a breeze and the lumens these put out is outstanding. Could not be more pleased.
